SUDA is an holistic wellness system in the format of taylor-made immersive events for exclusive clients and luxury resorts. A new company based on the island of Ibiza with international reach, which designs innovative wellness and art experiences, retreats and Wellness Programs.

Created by dancers and artists with different tools from artistic disciplines as dance and theater with techniques such as yoga, meditation, mindfullness, breath-work, martial arts, animal movement and functional training, among others; to develop an innovative system of transformative sessions for the body and mind that today adds followers all over the world.
